For the next YES CHEF! hospo conversation, we are looking forward to hearing from the young farmer, Matt Haggerty of Natural Intelligence Farming, who (amongst other things) grows the wheat for Perth wonder-bakery, Miller + Baker. Expect the conversation to knead together topics including; natural intelligence farming, worm juice and regenerative agriculture, plus the joys of growing exceptional, variety-specific wheat! The couple behind Miller + Baker (Mark and Rachel Taylor) will also be in attendance, so we expect it to be a wheaty-great chat [*audience groans*].
This month's talk will be especially interesting for professional and home bakers, young farmers, agricultural business owners, and - well - the rest of us who simply adore bread, pastries and gluten-based foods.
