The second in our special series of Lawson Athletic workshops is all about STRENGTH.
Join Lawson Flats Head of Fitness - Chris Nayna - in the Gymnasium for an intensive 90-minutes of small-group learning, designed especially for those who want to enhance their understanding of strength training, whilst also refining their technical skills (bench press, squats and deadlifts).
Offering a balance of theoretical and hands-on practice, participants will leave with the knowledge to train with weights safely, efficiently, and with greater confidence - all with the intention to deliver improved health outcomes.
This session is suitable for anyone new to strength training, as well as those looking to perfect their technique.
