Also known as contact improvisation, this dance form invites participants to move together while maintaining physical connection, guided by spontaneous, non-verbal communication. Dancers respond to one another in the present moment, creating a unique dialogue through movement.

What to Wear + Bring
Comfortable clothes that cover your elbows, shoulders, and knees
Please avoid strong perfumes. Natural essential oils are welcome.

No talking on the dancefloor — expression is through movement
Be yourself
No alcohol
A gesture of prayer hands means someone would like to remain in their own energy
No phones, photos, or videos inside the dance.
