Lawson Athletic's High Intensity Interval Training classes are always different, and always challenging. A full-body workout, these sessions will improve your athletic ability through a series of high-energy, low-impact movement patterns designed to build strength, tone muscles, and improve mobility.
Perfect for movers of all fitness levels, these small-group, 50-minute classes conclude with guided stretching, specially designed to promote recovery and relaxation.
As per all Lawson Athletic programming, HIIT (and Fit) is an inclusive and non-competitive / no-ego environment. Book in, and enjoy an excellent workout leaving you feeling energised and balanced, in both body and mind.

We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to the class starting.
Kindly note, participants who arrive late will not be permitted to join the class as the warm-up section at the start is incredibly important to reduce risk of injury.
