Loosen up this October with Head of Fitness, Chris Nayna, as he leads a 90-minute workshop all about MOBILITY. Described as the foundation for living a healthy life, mobility comprises physical stamina, strength, balance, coordination, plus a range of motion.
Hosted in the Studio, this comprehensive workshop will be divided in two parts, beginning with the foundations of mobility. You’ll learn how mobility affects overall wellbeing and performance, plus you’ll gain an understanding about the principles underpinning a mobile body. In the second half, expect to get moving as Chris demonstrates and teaches exercises, techniques and strategies to help you become more supple through improved mobility.
This workshop is suitable for anyone interested in the benefits to wellbeing that mobility can bring — movers of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to attend.
