In a world so constrained by vested interests, the artist's voice—singular, honest, unfiltered—has never felt more vital.
In the first 2025 gathering of Spaceship Earth, we welcome two of Western Australia’s most resonant voices: Anna Louise Richardson and Abdul-Rahman Abdullah.
Living with their young family on a rural property, Anna and Abdul-Rahman move through daily life in deep communion with the natural world—a connection that pulses through their practices. In their work, we find a quiet, profound attention to cycles of life and death, the symbols of animal and myth, and the spiritual threads that bind it all together.
How does this proximity—to land, to family, to the elemental—shape their time, their thinking, their art?
This conversation—led by Meri Fatin, founder of WA Climate Leaders—is an invitation to spend time with two extraordinary minds. Expect reflections on nature, philosophy, family, lightning strikes, and the role of art in shaping new ways of seeing.
