INTRODUCTION TO VEDIC MEDITATION IN THE STUDIO

In advance of each term of Vedic Meditation, Elliot Smith will be hosting complimentary Introduction to Vedic Meditation sessions for all LF Members in the Studio.
Evening’s will include a meditation and a Q&A about this 5,000-year old technique – it’s history, the benefits and the details of the Learn Vedic Meditation course offered at Lawson’s throughout the year.
These free evening sessions will take place on Tuesday evenings (June 24th, July 1st and July 8th) from 6.30pm - 7.30pm. RSVP to reserve your place.
