For May Wine Club, we’re celebrating the second birthday of the Club — and things may get a little loose.
Emma Farrelly is pouring a line-up of favourites, throwbacks, and wines with stories — from the very first Wine Club to bottles she’d happily drink on her birthday (which, conveniently, this now is).
There’ll be bubbles to start, something poured from magnum (as it should be), and a blind tasting for those feeling bold — winner takes a bottle, pride included.
Somewhere in the mix: a return to familiar ground, a nod to what’s next, and a table that leans just slightly more indulgent than usual.
There will be cake. There may be party hats.
A playlist is locked in. A DJ is not out of the question.
Expect a little noise. A little nostalgia. And a room that knows exactly why it’s there.
