+ special guest winemaker Josephine Perry (Dormilona) launching her new project Fangbone
This event has ended.
Another month, another delectable selection of wines, hand selected - and presented by - the indefatigable State Buildings' Director of Wine, Emma Farrelly.
This month Emma will be joined by expert vigneron Josephine Perry, of
Dormilona fame. Translating as
‘Lazy Bones’ in Spanish – Dormilona is a producer of natural wines, made lovingly and organically using low-impact, minimal intervention techniques based in Margaret River.
Jo is town to introduce us all to her new project
Fangbone – a brilliant renewable wine initiative launching under the Dormilona umbrella and as of September, LF's house pour! Renewable means no single-use plastic – reducing waste and improving sustainability
– by recycling and reusing 1L glass bottles. Hand delivered in wooden crates to your local boozer (or bottle shop), empties are then collected and returned to the winery to be cleaned and refilled with whatever deliciousness is pouring next.
Fangbone aims to make drinking wine more sustainable and bountiful,
saving the world one bottle at a time.
Join us for a chat and (probably) a giggle AND enjoy a guided tasting through Fangbone's gorgeous new release wines.
As this is your new house wine, this Wine Club is on the house! See you there.
