Round up your food-obsessed mates, bring your hospo know-it-alls, and test your culinary and cultural chops at The Big Food Quiz at Lawson Flats.
There’ll be five rounds of brain-tickling, memory-jogging, laugh-out-loud trivia covering everything from local restaurant lore and menu hits to wine labels, hospo Perthonalities, soundtracks, and a few scandals you may (or may not) be across...
And don’t worry—we’ve learned from last time.
We know the quiz might’ve skewed a little... detail-obsessed. This year, we’re keeping it lighter than a perfect meringue. It’s about fun, not flexing.
Expect:
– Picture rounds
– Lightning questions
– Spot prizes (including a few surprise bottles from the M. Veenhuyzen cellar)
– And of course, a grand prize for the winning team
Here’s how it works:
– Teams of 4–8 (6 is ideal!)
– $60 per table – includes a bottle of house red or white
– Smaller group? No stress. We’ll buddy you up.
– Doors open from 5.30PM – bar open, kitchen taking orders
– Table service throughout
– Quiz starts at 6:30PM sharp
