For August Wine Club, Emma welcomes special guests Mike and Callum Garland, the father-and-son team behind Fervor Wines — a Great Southern label built on family, friendship and a deep respect for place.
With nearly three decades of experience crafting cool-climate wines across Western Australia, Mike has become one of the region's most respected winemakers. Together with Callum, whose journey has taken him through the Great Southern, Victoria and France, the pair launched Fervor to celebrate the vineyards, growers and stories that have shaped them along the way.
Working with exceptional small vineyard sites and a light touch in the winery, Fervor produces wines that are vibrant, expressive and unmistakably connected to their origins. Guided by sustainable practices and a philosophy of making wines with both a sense of place and a sense of fun, every bottle reflects the shared passion that inspired the project.
