For September Wine Club, Emma welcomes special guests Garth Cliff & Kristen McGann from VINO VOLTA.
With more than 40 years of combined experience in the wine industry, Garth and Kristen founded Vino Volta with a clear sense of purpose: to champion the potential of the Swan Valley and its old vines, while having a little fun along the way. Their wines are vibrant, textural and refreshingly experimental, with a particular focus on Chenin Blanc and Grenache — varieties that thrive in the region’s warm climate.
Working with old vineyards and organically farmed sites, Vino Volta takes a low-intervention approach in the winery, embracing natural ferments and unconventional techniques to create wines that are expressive, approachable and unmistakably of their place.
