For the August edition of YES, CHEF! - our conversation series all about the hospitality industry - join us to hear from someone who's worked his way up from bartender to General Manager at London's iconic, Soho House. Nick Caton (who also happens to be Lawson Flats *new* General Manager) has over 25 years of experience in all areas of hospitality and F&B service, from design, build, ops, guest experience, events, recruitment and training.
This will be a rambling and rollicking conversation, filled with great lessons, stories, and Nick's aspirations for the Perth hospitality scene.
It will be relevant and interesting for venue owners, hospitality professionals, and others working across all aspects of F&B - plus anyone interested to learn more about Soho House (potentially the secrets and the scandals?!) but mainly the best bits we can import into WA.
